During the eighteenth International Conference on Patristic Studies held at Oxford University from 19-23 August, 2019, members of APECSS presented papers (with Wendy Mayer and Naoki Kamimura being invited plenary speakers) and participated in our regular social gathering on the Thursday evening. We were delighted to see new participants, expanding the total number of countries represented within the society. As well Bronwen Neil was elected a vice-president of the International Association of Patristic Studies for the next four years.
